Adventures on the Wild Side provides complete custom land arrangements as a tour operator/wholesaler for appointed travel agencies. We will assist you with qualifying, planning and arranging your client's travel. Complete itineraries are provided, saving you time while offering a professional presentation for your clients. Our services are handled efficiently with prompt turn-around in pricing and confirmations. Final documentation are mailed within 7 days of full prepayment being received, complete with helpful travel and packing tips.
Last minute reservations - because we work so closely with Belize properties, we are a good source to turn to in booking last minute travel and that hard-to-find holiday space.
You find the air space and we'll find the land!
Belize high season for travel ranges from November through April with the peak season being Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Weekend and Easter.
You can book as much or as little as you need from a 3 night hotel stay to complete itineraries throughout Belize. We also represent Belize local airlines, providing flights within the country.
Deposits: We do require a $200.00 initial booking deposit, which is non-refundable, to begin confirming reservations. This initial deposit is applied to the final payment. If we are unable to confirm, the initial booking deposit is refunded in full. This deposit can be paid by credit card or by agency check.
Form of Payment: For hotel deposits and final payment, payment is required by agency check only, allowing us to maximize your earnings.
TWO IMPORTANT THINGS THAT WE ASK OF YOU:
1. Before you call, make sure your clients have proper documentation for travel to Belize. U. S. citizens need a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond their return date.
Non-U. S. citizens should check with the Belize Consulate at (323) 469-7343 (Calif).
2. Offer and sell Trip Cancellation Insurance with any Belize package. It is the only way clients can truly protect their vacation dollars when unforeseen situations arise.
