- Passports are Required for all U.S. Citizens, including children. Please check your expiration date, as there must be a minimum of 6 months validity on your passport from your return trip date. U. S. Citizens can refer to our Contact Us/Links page for consular and passport
information. For non-U. S. citizens, please check with your area consulate and embassy for entry requirements. It is your responsibility to have proper documentation. Please allow sufficient time for processing.

- Consultation: Our destination specialist will consult with you to answer questions and provide first-hand knowledge which can help you to make informed decisions on your travel plans. We will work with you to form a travel itinerary and can provide approximate pricing. $200.00 initial deposit is due at this time.

- Reservations: On your behalf, we will confirm accommodations, transportation, transfers and tours as requested.

- Itinerary: A custom itinerary is provided complete with final pricing, deposit requirements and cancellation policies.

- Travel Insurance: Occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise which may cause you either to cancel or interrupt your vacation. Trip cancellation insurance is available to purchase and is recommended. Click here to purchase insurance.

- Payments: Payments are centralized through our office to prepay your itinerary. Your funds are immediately distributed directly to the hotel, tour, car rental and airlines in Belize to secure your arrangements.
- Initial $200.00 deposit allows us to begin working on your trip. This is applied to your final payment.
-If we arrange your international airline tickets to Belize, payment is generally required within seven days of confirmation.
-Land arrangement deposit to hold your reservation is due within seven days of confirmation. The amount will be based on the specific requirements of the hotels or other components of your itinerary.
-Final balance is generally due 45-60 days prior to departure, based on the requirements of the specific components of your trip. Your itinerary will give you specific details. Your initial
$200.00 deposit will be deducted from your final payment.

- Final Documents: Prepaid vouchers, final itinerary, helpful tips on packing and traveling to Belize and leave-at-home emergency numbers are all part of our final document packet, customized for you. Final documents are priority mailed within seven days of receiving final payment.

- Changes: Once your reservations are confirmed, any changes made will result in a $25.00 change fee to Adventures on the Wild Side.

- Cancellation: $200.00 is non-refundable and covers our time in consulting, booking, cancelling and refunding your Belize trip on your behalf. Additional cancellation penalties
